Karl-Henrik Grinnemo | Professor and consultant in cardiothoracic surgery, Dept of Surgical Sciences at Uppsala University , Dept of Cardiothoracic surgery Uppsala University Hospital Uppsala, Sweden.
Professor Grinnemo was born in Karlstad, Sweden. He graduated from medical school at the University of Gothenburg and obtained his PhD at Karolinska Institutet in 2007 and became a specialist in cardiothoracic surgery in 2006 at the Karolinska University Hospital. Today he is a professor and consultant in cardiothoracic surgery at Uppsala University and Uppsala University Hospital. Professor Grinnemo is also the head of the Cardio-Thoracic Translational Medicine (CTTM) lab at Uppsala University.
