We have arranged a special room rate from 17-21 June 2025 with Stages Hotel Prague which is located next to the O2 Universum. The booking link can be found HERE.

The rate includes breakfast but excludes VAT and City Tax.

Cancellation terms: Less than 10 days to arrival date or no-show will incur a cancellation fee of 100% of the total room revenue*

*Local taxes and the price of breakfast will be added to the stated amounts, and the final amount is charged to the credit card that participants provided to guarantee the reservation.

  • From Vaclav Havel Airport 35 minutes by taxi to venue | 70 minutes by public transport to venue
  • From Prague Main Railway Station (Praha Hlavni Nadrazi) 25 minutes by taxi to venue | 20 minutes by public transport to venue – Take underground line C to Florenc, there change to take the B line to Ceskomoravska station.
  • By Underground Take line B to Ceskomoravska station
  • By tram Take No. 8 or 25 and get off at Arena Libeň jih
  • By Bus Take either of the following buses: 151, 152 or 375 and get off at the Ceskomoravska stop or take either of : 136, 145, 177 or 195 and get off at Nadrazi Liben
  • Parking Short-term parking is available at O2 Universum.
