Tunc Lacin recieved his medical degree in 1998 from Istanbul University, Cerrahpasa Medical Faculty and did his thoracic surgery residency at Marmara University, Istanbul. His clinical interest is minimally invasive surgery (VATS resections mainly uniportal), diaphragm pacing, chest wall reconstruction, minimally invasive pectus correction, mesothelioma surgery, esophageal carcinoma. He is an editorial board member of MMCTS and is on the EACTS Thoracic Disease Domain.
