Sergio Filippelli was graduated in 2001 as medical doctor at “La Sapienza” University in Rome and completed in 2006 his residency in cardiac surgery. Currently is Congenital Heart Surgeon at Bambino Gesù Pediatric Hospital in Rome. In 2010-2011 He spent 1 year in prestigious European Institution Freeman Hospital, UK focused on MCS, heart and lung transplantation . He is author of more than 45 indexed scientific publications.
