Luise Roehrich absolved the first 5 years of medical school at the Ludwig Maximilian University of Munich. In 2017 she started her dissertation project about assessment methods of frailty/sarcopenia in advanced heart failure patients at the German Heart Center Berlin. The project is supported by the doctoral scholarship “Kaltenbach-Stipendium” by the German Heart Foundation. In 2019 she graduated as a medical doctor at the Charite – Universitätsmedizin Berlin. Currently, she is in the second year of residency, aspiring to specialize cardiology. Her areas of interest are frailty and sarcopenia, especially their impact on the prognosis of advanced heart failure patients.
