Amir Hanna
Dr. Hanna is a dedicated interventional pulmonologist specializing in advanced peripheral bronchoscopy navigation and complex airway diseases. He has a strong focus on minimally invasive diagnostic and therapeutic techniques in these areas. Dr. Hanna began his medical journey at Cairo University, earning both his Bachelor’s in Medicine and a Master’s in Pulmonary Medicine.
His professional career started at the Chest Department of Dar Al Fouad Hospital in Egypt, a Cleveland Clinic affiliate, where he honed his skills in pulmonary medicine. In 2015, he joined the Thoracic and Lung Transplantation team at Marie Lannelongue Hospital in Paris, where his passion for interventional pulmonary medicine and thoracic oncology grew, with a particular focus on advanced bronchoscopic techniques. He is currently directing the Interventional Pulmonology (IP) program at Marie Lannelongue Hospital.
Dr. Hanna has extensive experience in flexible and rigid bronchoscopy, as well as endobronchial ultrasound (EBUS). He is also deeply committed to advancing treatment options for complex airway diseases, striving to improve patient outcomes with innovative and cutting-edge techniques. His work has established him as a recognized leader in interventional pulmonology.
