Alberto Jauregui

Albert Jauregui, after graduating from the medical school, began his residency in Thoracic Surgery at the Vall d’Hebron University Hospital in Barcelona which ends in 2010.

Since 2019 he is the Head of Thoracic Surgery and Lung Transplantation at the Vall d’Hebron Hospital .

He is currently Professor of Surgery at the Autonomous University of Barcelona and has been President of the Catalan Society of Thoracic Surgery.

His areas of interest are Robotic Thoracic Surgery and Lung Transplantation.
