Registration fees for the 38th EACTS Annual Meeting
The EACTS Annual Meeting offers excellent value for money. Registration fees include access to the three-day scientific programme, the exhibition, EACTS TV and Video-on-Demand.
Delegates can also join the full day Techno-College programme on Wednesday for a separate registration fee.
Exclusive rates for both programmes are available to EACTS members. Please note that members are not automatically registered, and you must register if you wish to attend.

Your registration fee includes access to all scientific sessions Thursday-Saturday and entrance to the exhibition Thursday-Saturday. Access to the TV Studio and Video-On-Demand is also included. Techno College has a separate fee and will allow access on Wednesday only.
- *To qualify for the discounted member registration fees, EACTS membership fees must have been settled in full. All other participants must register as non-members.
- ** Techno-College is a separate fee to the Annual Meeting – you should choose either Adult Cardiac or Thoracic – you will only have access to the sessions purchased.

- Important information for Trainee/Allied Health registrations: Participants registering at the Concession fees MUST upload confirmation of their eligibility on the official Reduced Fee Confirmation Letter , both signed and stamped by their head of department when registering on-line.

Important registration deadlines and dates
Please take note of the official fee deadlines below
- 1 July 2024 – Early-bird registration fee offer ends.
- 8 July 2024 – Early-bird registration deadline for payment (if payment is not made by this date, your registration will be cancelled).
- 18 September 2024 – From this date onwards all registrations must be paid in full by credit card only (cancellations after this date will not receive a refund).
- 8 – 12 October 2024 – Onsite registration fees apply for those registering in-person in Lisbon
Video-on-Demand
Experience a feast of world class education and science with our EACTS Annual Meeting on demand.
If you are unable to attend in-person, make sure that you don’t miss out! More than 150 sessions will be available for you to enjoy, bringing the latest science to your home or place of work for the duration of this year’s Annual Meeting. Access to the EACTS TV channel (via the event app) is also included.
EACTS TV
EACTS TV is available to both in-person and online audiences, bringing in-depth analysis, debates and live broadcasts of selected key sessions You can expect the following and more on EACTS TV.
- Selected prime session content, broadcast in real time
- KOL interactive panel sessions
- Daily highlight broadcasts
- Interviews with keynote faculty, guests and industry
Individual registration
Individual registration is for those persons who are registering themselves for the Annual Meeting. If you are registering on behalf of another person, please use Group/Third Party registration.
Please do not make an Individual registration from your own account if you are not planning to attend the meeting. All registrations for the EACTS Annual Meeting must be submitted through the online registration form via the EACTS User Area.
If you already have a User Account from a previous EACTS Annual Meeting, EACTS course, EACTS membership etc. you should use the same email address to login with.
If you create a new account and you already have a valid membership account, you will not be recognised as an EACTS member and will not receive the exclusive member registration fee.

The EACTS Annual Meeting offers many exciting opportunities to get hands-on with the latest technology and experience live demonstrations of new techniques.
Register now-
Techno-College Our popular Techno-College programme features the latest techniques, innovations and emerging trends in cardiovascular and thoracic surgery. Taking place on Wednesday only, delegates should select either adult cardiac or thoracic when registering. Entry to Techno-College is not covered under your Annual Meeting registration fee.

Training Workshops Access a variety of hands-on sessions in the EACTS Learning Lab and Robotics Workshops. These sessions must be purchased separately, and places are limited.
EACTS Learning Lab
Get hands-on and learn specialist techniques under the guidance of the world’s most experienced surgeons!
EACTS Learning Lab includes wetlabs, drylabs, simulation and other small practical sessions.
There is an additional €75 cost for each Learning Lab session, and they can be purchased online (from 2 September) or in-person (subject to availability). Places are limited and will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
