Razan Salem

Dr. Razan Salem graduated in 2016 as a medical doctor at the Goethe University of Frankfurt in Germany. She achieved her board certification as a cardiac surgeon in 2023 after 6 years of training at the University Hospital of Frankfurt. In 2021, she received her doctoral degree in aortic valve repair.

Her areas of interests are minimally invasive (endoscopic) mitral valve surgery, aortic valve repair, aortic arch surgery and  and coronary revascularization.

Since 2024, she has been appointed as a consultant cardiac surgeon at the University Hospital of Frankfurt.
