Nora Göbel

Nora Göbel, MD, PhD, is a senior consultant cardiac surgeon and head of the aortic program at Robert Bosch Hospital Stuttgart, Germany. After graduating from Albert-Ludwigs-University Freiburg she received her residency training at Eberhard-Karls-University Tuebingen and Robert Bosch Hospital Stuttgart where she is staff cardiac surgeon since then. Her operative spectrum comprises the complete adult cardiac surgery with special focus on aortic surgery, mechanical circulatory support, off-pump coronary surgery, reconstructive valve surgery and minimally invasive techniques. Her scientific areas of activity are aortic surgery, minimally invasive cardiac surgery, and artificial intelligence. She is reviewer for several scientific journals and societies and member of DGTHG, DGG, ISMICS, and EACTS.
