Miklós Pólos

Mikós Pólos graduated from medical school in 2005 at the Semmelweis University.

He completed his residency in cardiac surgery at the Heart and Vascular Center Semmelweis University and obtained his PhD in cardiovascular medicine with a focus on the comparison of aortic root reconstruction modalities in Marfan syndrome. He currently works as an assistant professor and vice-head of the cardiac surgery department of the Heart and Vascular Center Semmelweis University. His main interests are aortic disease, valve-sparing aortic root replacement, Marfan syndrome and heart transplantation.
