As a certified coach and sparring partner Maleene de Ridder (1961) works with and for doctors (in training) and leaders in healthcare at the interface of personal and professional development and brings more than 25 years of experience to the table. In her work, Maleene has always focused on ‘the human factor’ in organizations and has special interest in leadership development and women & leadership. As faculty member and facilitator, she participates in women physician leadership programmes at Erasmus Medical Centrum and Amsterdam UMC. As member of the professional committee of ICF-NL (Dutch Chapter of International Coaching Federation) over the past two years, Maleene hosted several webinars.
