Join us as we design the future at the 39th EACTS Annual Meeting. The world’s largest meeting of the cardiothoracic surgical community. This year, being held in Copenhagen, 8–11 October 2025

Registration fees for the 39th EACTS Annual Meeting

The EACTS Annual Meeting offers excellent value for money. Registration fees include access to the three-day scientific programme, the exhibition, EACTS TV and Video-on-Demand.

Delegates can also join the full day Techno-College programme on Wednesday for a separate registration fee.

Exclusive rates for both programmes are available to EACTS members. Please note that members are not automatically registered, and you must register if you wish to attend.

Important registration deadlines and dates

Please take note of the official fee deadlines below

  • 1 July 2025 – Early-bird registration fee offer ends.
  • 8 July 2025 – Early-bird registration deadline for payment (if payment is not made by this date, your registration will be cancelled). 
  • 19 September 2025 – From this date onwards all registrations must be paid in full by credit card only (cancellations after this date will not receive a refund).
  • 7 – 11 October 2025 – Onsite registration fees apply for those registering in-person in Lisbon
